Who we are
Sauce is operated by Frank Inc, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Sauce website and join the waitlist.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: your email address and, if you provide it, your restaurant name.
- Referral details: if you arrived through a referral link, the referral code it carried.
- Technical details: the page you signed up from and your browser's user agent string, used to spot spam and fix problems.
How we use it
- To hold your place on the waitlist and contact you when early access opens.
- To send occasional updates about Sauce. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To credit referrals.
- To prevent abuse of the sign-up form.
Where it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and processed by Google on our behalf. The website is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until early access has closed and you have either become a customer or asked us to delete your entry, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@getthesauce.xyz.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
